Policy 

  • You have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit only. 
  • Online returns require approval. Please contact us at info@shoprbrooklyn.com
  • FULL-PRICE ITEMS ONLY (exclusions apply)
  • Discounted items are final sale, CALL IT BY YOUR NAME products are final sale.

Condition

  • Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, undamaged, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Please be mindful of makeup and deodorant stains, as we cannot accept clothing with these marks.
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like athleisure, lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, accessories, and sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Returns

  • To start a return, please contact us at info@shoprbrooklyn.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 12005 Bee Cave Rd. suite 4B, Bee Cave, TX 78738.
  • Please note, that if your return is accepted, shipping fees are your responsibility.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, the amount will be refunded via store credit within 5 business days. Shipping will not be refunded. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@shoprbrooklyn.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like athleisure, lingerie, bodysuits, swim wear, accessories. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/discounted items or gift cards.
